Profound is on a mission to help companies understand and control their AI presence. We’re creating a new category at the intersection of AI, search, and brand visibility — helping the world’s biggest brands measure and influence how they appear across ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, and beyond.

Our Buenos Aires office is a critical engineering and product hub. We’re looking for an Office Manager who will be the heart of our local operations — making sure the office runs smoothly, the team is supported, and our culture thrives.

What You’ll Do

Office Management & Facilities

  • Oversee day-to-day office maintenance (cleaning, repairs, internet, security).

  • Manage inventory of office supplies, groceries, snacks, merch, and equipment.

  • Coordinate with local vendors and service providers (landlord, internet, catering, cleaning).

  • Ensure the office is a welcoming, productive, and energetic environment for the team.

People & Culture Operations

  • Assist with onboarding — preparing hardware, office setup, and system access for new hires.

  • Plan and execute events: team-building activities, happy hours, celebrations, and offsites.

  • Support with culture-building initiatives that keep the Buenos Aires office aligned with the broader Profound team.

Administrative & Operational Support

  • Assist with invoices, expense management, and coordination with the accounting team for local payments.

  • Manage mail, courier services, and hardware shipments to/from remote employees in Argentina.

  • Support visiting colleagues with local travel, logistics, and office needs.

  • Keep internal documentation updated and help improve BA office workflows and processes.

Who You Are

  • 1+ years of experience in Office Management, Administrative Assistance, or Operations (startup or tech experience preferred).

  • Fluent English and native Spanish — you’ll work with international teams every day.

  • Tech-savvy: comfortable using Slack, Google Workspace, Notion, and Zoom.

  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks at once.

  • A proactive problem-solver — when something breaks, you figure out how to fix it fast.

  • Energetic and people-oriented; you enjoy creating a supportive and enjoyable office environment.

Location

This is an on-site role in our Buenos Aires office, supporting the local team and broader Profound operations.
