As the Executive Assistant to the CEO, you’ll be a trusted partner to our founder and executive team, ensuring priorities are executed smoothly and the company runs at peak efficiency. This role sits at the center of our fast-moving organization—balancing administrative excellence, strategic coordination, and hands-on execution to amplify the CEO’s impact.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage the CEO’s calendar, schedule, and communications to ensure focus on the highest priorities.
  • Coordinate board meetings, investor updates, and executive offsites with precision and discretion.
  • Prepare briefing materials, agendas, and follow-ups for key internal and external meetings.
  • Serve as a trusted liaison between the CEO and teams across Profound, ensuring alignment and follow-through.
  • Anticipate needs and proactively remove obstacles to keep the CEO and leadership team moving fast.
  • Support special projects and strategic initiatives as assigned, from research to operational execution.
  • Handle sensitive information with the utmost professionalism and confidentiality.

This is an on-site role in our Union Square office — designed for builders who thrive on speed, iteration, and impact.

For this role, the expected base salary range is $130,000 – $180,000. Profound’s total compensation package is designed to be competitive and includes base salary, equity, and a full range of benefits and perks. Final compensation will depend on factors such as your skills, experience, qualifications, and location, and will be determined during the interview process.
