About Profound

Profound is on a mission to help companies understand and control their AI presence. As a Mid-Market Account Executive based in London, you’ll lead fast-moving, consultative sales cycles with high-growth organizations. You’ll be instrumental in expanding Profound’s reach across the UK and Europe — and as one of the founding members of our London office, you’ll help shape how we scale our go-to-market motion in the region.

What You’ll Do

  • Own the entire mid-market sales cycle, from targeted prospecting to negotiation and close.
  • Develop and execute scalable outreach strategies to drive new business and expand Profound’s footprint across the mid-market.
  • Manage a high-velocity pipeline, balancing strategic conversations with efficient execution.
  • Build and nurture relationships that turn first deals into long-term partnerships.
  • Partner closely with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success to accelerate learnings and refine messaging.
  • Help lay the foundation for our London office, influencing process, culture, and playbook development as we grow.

  • A proven SaaS closer with experience selling into mid-market accounts and consistently exceeding quota.
  • Skilled at running multiple deals in parallel, adapting your approach to fit a fast-moving sales environment.
  • Entrepreneurial and hands-on — energized by building something new and driving early traction in a growing region.
  • Resilient, curious, and motivated by impact — with a strong bias toward action and experimentation.
