About Profound
Profound is on a mission to help companies understand and control their AI presence. We’re looking for a full-stack Growth Marketer, Self-Serve to help figure out and scale what works. You’ll own early growth experiments, run rapid tests across channels, and build the foundations of a growth engine from scratch. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-moving environments and wants to help shape strategy, not just execute it.
What You’ll Do
- Identify, test, and scale growth levers across paid, email, affiliates, and more specifically for our self-serve product
- Create and optimize landing pages, onboarding flows, and upsell flows in close partnership with our product team
- Own top-of-funnel growth with a clear eye toward new self-serve sign ups
- Define and build out CAC payback models to help hit our ambitious revenue targets by end of year and beyond

- A generalist with a builder’s mindset, comfortable in ambiguity, excited by experimentation
- Strong executor who pairs creativity with analytical thinking
- Passionate about AI and its impact on how people discover and make decisions
- Collaborative, curious, and energized by working in a fast-paced environment
- Bonus: B2C or early-stage startup experience with a self-service motion
This is a fully on-site role in our Union Square office—designed for builders who thrive on speed, iteration, and impact. Candidates must be living and working in NYC.
For this role, the expected base salary range is $140,000 – $210,000. Profound’s total compensation package is designed to be competitive and includes base salary, equity, and a full range of benefits and perks. Final compensation will depend on factors such as your skills, experience, qualifications, and location, and will be determined during the interview process.
