As our Chief of Staff, you’ll act as a force multiplier for the leadership team, driving alignment, ensuring execution, and creating leverage across the business. This role is for someone who is hungry and has exceptionally high agency; you should thrive on ambiguity, take ownership, and know how to create value without waiting for direction. No task is too big or too small.
What You’ll Do
Drive strategic initiatives: Partner with the CEO and leadership team to prioritize, execute, and track progress on the highest-impact projects across the company
Create leverage for leadership: Streamline decision-making, manage leadership cadences, and ensure follow-through on commitments
Operate cross-functionally: Work across Product, Engineering, Growth, and Customer Success to close gaps, accelerate progress, and unlock new opportunities
Influence without authority: Build trust and alignment across teams, enabling collaboration without relying on formal reporting lines
Own special projects: Step into ambiguous, high-priority efforts—whether it’s launching new processes, tackling operational bottlenecks, or testing new growth levers
Be a thought partner: Provide strategic input, surface insights, and help shape the future direction of Profound
