Search data remains some of the most impactful data in marketing. For example, Google Search Console tells you exactly what queries drive impressions, clicks, and traffic to your site. Profound tells you how your brand shows up across AI search engines like ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, and Perplexity. And until now, those two datasets lived in separate worlds.

The new Google Search Console (GSC) nodes for Profound Agents bridges that gap. You can now pull your GSC data directly into any Agent and combine it with Profound's answer engine data to power reporting, content creation, monitoring, and optimization. All without leaving the Profound platform.

What Google Search Console nodes return

The nodes are powered by the Google Search Console and offers a range of eight nodes that give you a comprehensive view of your site's search performance, from keyword and page analytics to crawl and indexing status:

How to use it

Google search console node

The nodes connect your Google Search Console account to Profound Agents, giving you programmatic access to your organic search performance data as a step in any workflow. Pull in clicks, impressions, click-through rate, and average position, then route that data downstream into LLM nodes for analysis, Google Sheets for reporting, Slack for alerts, Gamma for slides, or any API endpoint you need.

Generate prompts from your non-branded keywords

Use your GSC keyword data as an input, and use LLM nodes to generate AI search prompts based on those keywords. Upload them into Profound to see how those same queries perform in answer engines.

Executive presentations that build themselves

Chain GSC nodes with Profound data nodes and a Gamma integration to automatically generate slide decks that combine your SEO and AEO performance. Leadership gets a unified view of search performance across both traditional and AI channels, updated on whatever cadence you set.

Send GSC data to any API endpoint

Use Profound's API node to route your GSC data wherever it needs to go. Push it into your data warehouse, feed it to a BI tool, or connect it to any internal system that accepts API calls. Your search data becomes portable across your entire stack.

Why this matters

Marketers have always relied on Google Search Console as a source of truth for organic performance. But as AI search engines capture a growing share of how people find information, GSC data alone only tells part of the story. You need both.

By bringing Google Search Console data into Profound Agents, you can finally build workflows that treat SEO and AEO as one unified discipline. The same Agent that tracks your organic clicks can also monitor your AI search visibility. The same report that shows your top-performing keywords can show whether those keywords are driving citations in ChatGPT or Gemini. The data that tells you what people are searching now directly informs how you show up in both channels.

This is the foundation for a new kind of search reporting, one where traditional and AI search performance live in the same pipeline, the same dashboard, and the same strategy.
